  PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! This Wendys always has the worse customer service and tonight I actually went inside. It was SO dirty behind the counter , no one was in uniform ( and no one looked showered 😣), and everyone was no older than 18. And on top of it, they could care less that my money was taken and I had no food! What a shame because this is a new store in a great location.

  Id give negative stars if I could! Waited at counter unaknowleged for more than 15 minutes while the person responsible for taking our order did "busy work". Went to the drive through an placed the order with automated system. At window, order was wrong. Drive through person was very friendly and we repeated our order. We ere ask to pull forward. Order came out wrong, but drive through attendant then brought out the corrected order. Got back to the house and bit into chicken sandwich to find it was raw in the middle. I hate this because Wendys was my favorite fast food. Now I can't go by one with out my stomach gripping.

  They installed an AI drive thru system that, predictably, is total garbage. I feel bad for the drive thru workers that have to step in when it fails to understand people properly.

  Stopped here around 9am on a Sunday morning. No other cars in the line. No coffee. They said “oh I can brew some but it will take a while and you’ll need to pull forward.” I got the orange juice instead. The 2 sandwiches, 2 burritos, and 3 breakfast potatoes were ice cold. I ordered 4 drinks and got zero straws and 4 napkins. Disappointed in customer service and in food quality. I will not come here again and do not recommend it.
