- MAMatilda Artswurth5 days ago5.0I came in and ordered 3 soft tacos with chicken and they gave me beef, Spoke to one of the employees and he apologized and made me my chicken tacos and a free cinnamon twist! Food was great and the workers were very sweet.

The food was all good, and they did everything correctly (my husband had a few substitutions)! Outstanding, though, was our cashier, Zuheily (I hope I spell that right - it sounds like “Sue Haley”). She was so kind and patient, which I do not see often enough in food service anymore!!

I've spoken to management a few times and they offer to fix it if I drive back or the next time I come, but never offer to compensate me for mistakes. I suggested that maybe they have someone check the orders before they go out and they said they do. Obviously, they don't know what they are doing. If I could give it zero stars I would.

It was also abnormally clean there and polite service. 12/15/25 9:15PM The other fast food restaurants would be in trouble if they always had this level of service at Taco Bell.
