  I felt unwelcome from the moment I walked in. The place was dirty, the food was subpar, and the employees were so miserable, they didn't even acknowledge customers. I only stayed because I had ordered through the app.

  I really hope this place gets shut down. The workers don’t care and don’t deserve the money. Take away the few opportunities they have to make money in a poor county. This is the worse location on the planet

  Kiosks print blank receipts, employees standing around doing absolutely nothing while other employees are trying their best, 25 minute wait for dine in order asked for no pickles only got pickles, asked for ketchup packets received no packets and our sandwich said no ketchup on it ..... 25 minute wait fries and chicken nuggets were cold...... Employees dancing around in the back while customers wait forever to receive their purchases. Dining room and restrooms were filthy. Spilled milk, drinks, condiments etc on most tables and floors. This location needs retraining and or a complete refresh on employees currently showing up to receive a check

  Worker named Brannon was very rude, told me I was fat for ordering a Big Mac Meal? For closure I weigh 150lb at 6ft. Very disrespectful. After doing research and talking to the manager, I was able to find a picture of the person who called me fat

  Please do not stop here if you are traveling through. If you are a local, I am so sorry this is your McDonald's. Listen, no one expects fast food to be fast, friendly, or excellent anymore. We just want food that everyone in the family can find what they like. It was busy, there only seemed to be a few staff. But the young girl at the register was rude and dismissive, in no hurry to help anyone at all. Another customer asked if her mobile order was ready and the girl just stared at her before pointing up at the screen and saying "no." Of course the customer is going to get upset if you do that. There was a young man who seemed to be trying his best to hand out food and the ice machine in the customer area was broken so he was filling cups with ice. If the establishment knows the machine is broken, then they know they should keep it refilled to avoid customers being handed cups, going to the machine to find it empty, to then having to bother an employee to get ice. For the entire 20 minutes we were there, they were taking cups to another machine in the back for ice. When an older man finally asked for ice with his order, the manager Jessica said no that she'd have someone refill the ice machine out front. Well now he's pissed off because everyone else with empty cups had already been helped but no one could apparently help him while they got more ice. So many things went wrong. Maybe they were understaffed and it was very busy. But that never excuses terrible behaviour or rude actions. If you don't like your job, get a new one. We're travelers who just won't stop at this location again, not that I'm sure any employees care. They don't care about customers because they'll get a check regardless of 'customer satisfaction'.
