    Ever since moving to FL a couple years ago, I’ve been *craving* Skyline. So happy this one is within a short distance & so good like I remembered it!

    The service was so good! I took my boyfriend who's a Sarasota native and he said "country folks always treat you good". (He actually thinks Ohioans are country, but that's neither here nor there. 😂) The food was even better than I remembered it to be back home. I was always a Gold Star over Skyline girlie, but not now. Gold Star can't touch Skyline, at least not this location. We got coneys, a 4-way with onions, and the Skyline dip. FINGER LICKING GOOD! We will be back over and over and over again!

    I grew up in Ohio and Skyline runs through my blood. I now live in Colorado but visit the Sarasota area frequently - I finally made my way through the twisty business park roads to find the Sky Chili parlor tucked in there and was soooo happy to see that coney piled high with shredded cheese sitting in front of me. The staff was friendly, the restaurant clean, and I loved the tie-dye logo shirt I was able to pick up while there.

    The versions in Ohio seem to have a more cinnamon presence in the chili. Still very tasty.
