I received her call that she was not going to be able to make it... in 10 seconds of answering my phone, I was given an evil eye dirty look- twice. Granted this was from your customers, but they were obvious regulars. My friend's vehicle had malfunctions etc (she did most of the talking). 60 second phone call and the disturbed customer stood up, grabbed a flyer and brought it to me and said phone calls are not allowed. Phones are not allowed. So... take it for what it's worth but I did not feel welcomed and did not enjoy being actually shunned. *I understand what your policy is aiming to curtail. But that's ridiculous. Good luck
