When I arrived I inside, the attending staff then told me that I need to Pre-Order any multiple boxes in the future because they have limited donut supply daily and per new management this would be required to fulfill the order. That particular staff member then said that another staff would take my credit card payment. I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years and the new staff and supposed new management seem a downgrade. Very robotic, not genuine voice inflection for an intention of sounding nice.

I placed an order for a single breakfast sandwich on the mobile app after I dropped my kids off at 8:11 am. I arrived at Dunkin' less than 10 minutes later and waited in the drive thru line. I did not receive my order until 8:50 am. When I picked up my food at the window I was visibly annoyed and the staff member told me I was "rude". I could have gone out to breakfast somewhere else, sat down, and been done in that amount of time. The staff clearly need more training in how to be timely and also respectful of customers' time. The whole point of a drive thru is to be in and out quickly. Do better, Dunkin'.

Employee said they couldn't refund/credit, I had to use the app. Been trying 3 days to get my money back. Horrible service! Horrible app. Very dissapointed. DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER! AND, IF POSSIBLE, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!
