I asked one of the workers if I could have more cream cheese, and she told me she would have to charge me. I asked why and she said because “it’s another separate cream cheese” (with an attitude). I said okay and drove off. Unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with the Dunkin, but I tried to give them another chance. Overall, customers shouldn’t have to pay for “additional” cream cheese if one side of their bagel has no cream cheese on it.
