I am normally wouldn’t write a review but this dunkin’ was terrible. The service was awful. We waited 30+ minutes for some bagel minis, hash browns, and a breakfast sandwich. One employee in particular could not remember anyone’s order. They messed up and forgot multiple other people’s orders. They tried to give this lady a cold drink that was supposed to be hot. Overall this was not a good experience and the worst dunkin’ I have been to by far. I will probably not be going back.

I put in mobile orders and have to wait over 20 minutes every time. I sat at the speaker for over 5 before they even greeted me. They are rude if you complain and tell you you’re wrong when you tell them they didn’t get something right.

While still at the drive through, I opened my bagel to make sure my order was right and there was barely and cream cheese. I asked one of the workers if I could have more cream cheese, and she told me she would have to charge me. I asked why and she said because “it’s another separate cream cheese” (with an attitude). I said okay and drove off. Unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with the Dunkin, but I tried to give them another chance. Overall, customers shouldn’t have to pay for “additional” cream cheese if one side of their bagel has no cream cheese on it.
