  I had some issues with my order on 11/20/25, with the delivery process. It had been a while since I ordered so I called and they kindly explained what the issue was. Unfortunately there was another issue where the order got sent to the wrong location, but Bob the store manager had it remade and personally delivered to me. He explained how they are short staffed and doing their best to keep up with the orders they get. It’s completely understandable how hectic things can get when you can only do so much with what you have. Bob is doing great, and handled the situation wonderfully. With how things are right now, just trying to do your job can be difficult, but y’all are working through it to the best of your abilities. So thank you for being kind during a difficult situation and I hope others are kind to you all in turn.

  New staff! Great friendly service, pizza was ready right on time. I ordered for pick up, felt like taking a drive. They can even accommodate for allergies! I genuinely left feeling like I got great service. Super kind, and I was told they just hired news staff. Give it a go for some nostalgic pizza!

  Ordered for delivery at 6:55. I never order for delivery. Waited until 8:30 to give them a call, I understand places get busy. I was told by Mario “all orders have just been taken out of the oven before delivery” and it would be “15 minutes until he’s at your door”. Delivery driver shows up 30 minutes later with the wrong order. 20 minutes later a different driver shows up and tells me it’s “not a good night” and they “forgot the extra sauce cups”. Oh well, it happens. Get it opened, pizza does not have any sauce and it’s cold (I ordered extra sauce because of last experience), the bread bites taste very off, and the Mac and cheese is just a greasy cheese with noodles. Won’t order again. And I thought the Bradenton location of 57th was bad. At least they made an effort to make the food presentable for you. 2 hours and a cold dinner. Even if it was hot and ordered for pickup, it would’ve been the same. Just because I had a taste for some crappy pizza. I’ll go with Pizza Hut up the road instead.

  It’s not the first time I order here and they take an hour or two to deliver my pizza but this time went too far, 3 HOURS!!!! And I’ve called 3 times and they say it’s still in the oven, I want to cancel and now they have me waiting on the phone for 30 mins, tho is AT BEST disrespectful!!!! I ordered my pizza at 6:22pm and it’s 9:28 at the time of this review and they don’t even answer my calls!!!!

  Today we buried my mother in law. We had some family come back to the house. We decided to order pizzas. We were having it delivered and were told 35-45 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting we called only to be told they hadn’t even started making it yet. When questioned why we were told 35-45 minutes and they hadn’t even started it his response was its Friday and were busy. Hey, next time say its going to 90 minutes and give people the option of saying forget it. Not cool!
