It took 2 hours and 15 minutes for a standard pie, delivered cold and dried out. $30 for one 14” pie. And had to pick off the green peppers we didn’t ask for. When the delivery finally arrived at the door (nobody knocked, just left it outside), and the order belonged to another customer! A few minutes later, the delivery woman, showed up to switch out the orders. What kind of a business are you people running?!?! We were tired and hungry but understood it could take a little longer being a Friday nite at 5:00 pm. But come on! I wish I had read all the negative reviews before we decided to try it. Big mistake. If you’re looking for inferior products and service, this is the place. Domino’s…shame on you! Never again!!! Still hungry and tired! Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5

I drive back to the store and they are aware and give me a refund. They said they forgot to thaw the dough. Ok one time thing. Next time I order pickup it's the same thing. Another raw pizza. They refunded me but very frustrating to have to refigure dinner not once but twice. I'll drive to the 70/Lorraine location from now on.
