I went to Wendy's for lunch, but Chipotle was right next door, and I thought 🤔 it would be good to include some protein in my diet with a steak bowl. I usually ate this when I worked at Sarasota Memorial Hospital and visited every week the Chipotle restaurant across the street. This experience couldn't have been worse 😐. I ended up having to throw the food away because the steak was just fat. I couldn't eat any of it. The rest of the ingredients were the same as at other Chipotle restaurants, but the meat was inedible 🤨

Went to Chipotle Mexican Grill on a Friday night and ordered my normal burrito with two scoops rice and extra, asked for it double wrapped you know, basic burrito insurance. The employee quietly under het breath in her native language said thinking I wouldn’t understand, “It doesn’t need to be double wrapped.” Well… turns out it absolutely DID. I got home and that burrito fell apart faster than my New Year’s resolutions.
Honestly, this place might be great during daylight hours, but the Friday night crew acts like you walked into their living room during their favorite show. My girlfriend and I have gone a few times, and every visit starts the same: we stand there while the staff stare at us like we’re interrupting a very important meeting about not working.
Last time, one employee was basically hanging out waiting for his girlfriend to get off work while she stood there chatting with him, and we eventually got served by someone who seemed personally offended that burritos exist.
And the place? Looked like a burrito-themed crime scene food everywhere, floors messy, total chaos.
The only redeeming quality: the food still tastes like Chipotle. Consistency is strong even when it’s made with the emotional energy of someone being forced to attend a family reunion.
Recommendation: go during the day. At night, you’re not a customer… you’re an inconvenience. Maybe the night crew needs a little retraining in professionalism because the way some of y’all act, you’d think you got drafted into this job against your will. Like Chipotle didn’t pull up 'Hey YOU congratulations, you’ve been selected!' You applied. You interviewed. You said, “Yes, this is the life for me.”
So at least do the job you chose. And hey, if these standards feel beneath you, that’s not a customer problem… that’s a “try harder so life upgrades you” situation. Because if you don’t try harder, life just keeps you right where you applied to be.

This place is pathetic. I’m honestly used to getting scammed by Chipotle for lunch but this time is egregious. I come in and they’re out of chicken so I ask how long and they said no chicken. I pivot to Al Pastor but get less than half a scoop so I’m like “Can I at least get more than that?” And I get like 2 extra pieces. I ask for fajita veggies. No fajita veggies. Basically give up and get nothing, and then the kicker is they ring it up as Double Al Pastor and charge $15 after all that. No toppings I wanted, not the protein I wanted, and half the protein I normally get from a single scoop.
Actually disgusting and sad where this industry has gone. You guys should be ashamed.

I was ordering my burrito as usual and i asked the lady at the checkout if i could have a water cup she ignores me. After she ignores me i ask for a water cup again just making sure she heard me and she said. “I heard you sir my god.” You can at least acknowledge that you heard me smh, am very disappointed.

Any, and every time I have been to this location it's ALWAYS dirty inside, tables are left with trash, napkins and plastic ware on the floor, and where's the drinks are straw papers all over the place. Now, let's talk about the service! Inaccurate service, sloppy serving of food--dripping on the outside of the container, and tonight, when I picked up my order it was missing the steak for my tacos! The rice was horrible and tasteless. I will never go there again!
