  I placed an order for pickup and everything was going fine until I reached the drive-thru window. At that point, my car unexpectedly shut off and displayed a message saying it needed about 6 minutes to update before restarting. I immediately explained the situation to the employee at the window and respectfully asked for a few minutes to resolve the issue. Instead of showing any understanding or basic customer service, the staff handled the situation very poorly. I was rushed to move my vehicle despite clearly explaining that I physically could not do so yet. To make matters worse, an employee began knocking aggressively on my window, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional—especially given the situation. I understand that drive-thru lines need to keep moving, but situations like this require patience and professionalism. The lack of empathy and the aggressive behavior made an already stressful situation much worse. I hope management addresses this, as customers should not be treated this way when dealing with unexpected issues.

  If I could give a zero stars I would I came i placed an order on the app they took money out of my bank account and didn’t make my food said they lost the order it’s very disappointing and not what a company should follow the employees are useless and a waste of space.

  Brought my family here. All the tables were dirty food. Everywhere trash on the floor I asked the guy behind the counter. If he could give me a RAG, so I could wipe off a table to eat at. And he just ignored me, went back to doing whatever he was doing. It should have taken pictures.There was food everywhere.Trash was overflowing, we just left.I couldn't have my kids sitting at a dirty table like that. It is so easy just to keep things clean with the way the restaurant. His maintain, I would hate to see the rest of the restaurant if they even clean their cooking utensils or anything.

  This is the dirtiest nastiest Taco Bell, I've ever been to every single table was covered with food. The floor so sticky that you have to pull your feet up off the floor to walk. Even the counter where they serve the food was sticky. I don't know what they're doing at this restaurant but they need to clean it. I actually changed my mind about eating here and left.
