  Absolutely unacceptable experience. WORST SUBWAY EVER!! Every single fountain drink (sodas AND lemonade) had a strong sulfur smell and taste—completely undrinkable. This wasn’t just one option, it was the entire machine. It also wasn’t just me—my 11-year-old son noticed it immediately as well. When I brought it up, the employee initially tried to dismiss it and shift blame. The drinks were so bad that I left them sitting right there by the soda machine, which has a trash can next to it. After trying it herself, she admitted that at least the Starry tasted “weird,” but still said there was nothing she could do because no manager was on duty. I was told I would have to pay full price if I wanted bottled drinks instead. Later, I received this response from the manager: “Dear Kate: Thank you for reaching out to me. I have checked everything on the soda fountain and found no sulfur smell or any other. Just last week Pepsi detailed the machine inside and out. I am sorry that you couldn't drink your drinks. You can come in and I will replace the soda with 2 bottle drinks. Thank you, Trish Hill.” Being told there was “no issue” after both experiencing it—and having an employee acknowledge something was wrong—is incredibly frustrating and dismissive. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and how customer complaints are handled. I should not have been expected to pay extra for a drink when the fountain system was clearly not usable. I will NOT be Returning!! P.S: If you read other reviews for this subway you will find more disappoint people like me -About expired and nasty drinks.

  La señora que estaba atendiendo hoy tiene una pesima actitud para servicio al cliente no tenia a nadie en fila por lo que mi esposo ordeno su sandwich luego le pidio dos mas su contestacion fue con mala actitud que porque no ordeno todo de una vez luego preparo los dos sandwich con mala actitud y tirando la comida . Yo le dije a mi esposo que se fuera y le dejara toda la comida pero por suerte el tiene mas paciencia que yo pero sin cosas que no deben pasar y que el negocio depende de nosotros como clientes y que por empleados asi pierden clientes . Esto sucedio hoy 2/24/26 a las 12:15 pm por si es que toman accion y orientan a los empleados

  Placed an order for delivery during work hrs. Order arrived fairly quick, but was missing chips & drink I ordered and paid for. Tried calling the store multiple times and no one answers. Had a free footlong for my rewards points and my total order was still $15.54 for all the delivery fees and all and then not to get 1/2 my order that was paid for. I will not be using this store ever again.
