I’m not one to write reviews at all, but every single time I go to the location I end up waiting 25 minutes in a stall. The last 5 times I came I had to wait 30 minutes in a stall for just a burger… Today when I went; all I ordered was a sprite with blue raspberry, and had to wait 25 minutes; when there were no cars at all in the drive thru, and one at a stall. I work in customer service fast food, so I understand the rush when it’s busy, but I don’t understand why I have to wait 25-30 minutes every time I come here…
I had an excellent experience. The food came out hot and I got to eat in my car. I didn't even have to wait long.
Chili cheese coney was amazing and loved the tater tots. Service was friendly at drive thru.

i usually like going here but recently they’ve been having these events where their entire lot is full of cars, i mean some are nice to look at, but the people at these events are rude and take up all the space of us real customers. we have no where to park and they are louder than ever with their cars, and they have blocked the stalls and drive thru with their body’s and cars. this is ridiculous.
Me and my daughter went to sonic in highland city of Dave Robbin’s drive in Lakeland, and we walked inside and no one was around at the counter for orders, 2 minutes later the manager came up and said if you are ordering, you can not have bills of $20, and they don’t have Apple Pay, then walked off and we waited 5 more minutes, then walked out and went downtown Lakeland to Harry’s seafood bar and grill which was an excellent experience and choice. This sonic location have been having problems with customer service and keeping the lobby and restrooms clean. You always have to ask to get a table wiped. We ate at this location a month ago and after they took our order, we tried to Apple Pay and the girl said only cash, then I give her $100 bill and she said she can’t take that, so I was confused because there was no sign indicating either option can’t be used. So she got upset and the manager came over to back her up, so I said where are the signs, and she replied it’s been that way. So walking in last night listening to the staff arguing with a drive thru customer about large bills, made me just walk out because I didn’t have the energy to deal with them, when they only care about a paycheck. That location was super good when they first built there, but not it’s trash, like waffle houses, If you buy $80 worth of food, they won’t take $100 bill, you have to have correct change. Silly!!!!!!
