  This please is disgustingly unprofessional. My 9 year old from another state called and said hello and goodbye because she called a business on accident. They called her back and continued to harass her for dialing the wrong number. When I called back, they presented themselves as Polk County Sheriff (totally illegally to act like an officer), “transferring me back and forth. Their staff threatened a 9 year old and spoke to her parent like a bunch of thugs. To be sure this review doesn’t get lost in translation and the two girls who thought they were funny, the date was 4/8/2026. Evening shift. But don’t you worry, I filled my police report for harassing a minor. They are still calling my daughters phone and hour later.

  Expecting a good pizza from here is about as likely as seeing Bigfoot. Ain’t gonna happen because it doesn’t exist.

  We placed a on line order for a deal that they had online for a large 3 topping pizza for 10$ and decided to get a second pizza considering it was $10 for a three topping which total $27 and some change. Of course we chose our own toppings, which was pepperoni, ham, and Italian sausage. However, when we received the pizza, we got two large cheese pizzas which made no sense because the deal we clicked on was actually for a large three topping pizza. We called and spoke to Kayla and she advised us to bring the pizza back, however we was not able to because we did not have a vehicle. That’s why we got delivery and she said if we couldn’t bring back the pizza she could not fix it, also that it did not show the toppings on her end. But we both remember adding the toppings because that’s what deal that we clicked on was for not a plain cheese pizza. So we ended up paying for two large three topping pizzas, however, did not receive it and turned around and had to re-order it and pay again so total cost about $67.

  Not being dine in is bad enough. This pizza was TERRIBLE. It was the 'tavern' style. BAD IDEA... DON'T DO IT. Look at this. It's crazy. The crust was only 1/8" thick. It was cooked way too long for that thickness, so it was over cooked. It was very dry. The crust seemed like cardboard. Toppings were overdone. Crust was burnt. Just don't do it. Here is your warning!

  This is my local Pizza Hut. I've come here multiple times. Kiley is awesome. She remembers some of my routine orders etc...Not to mention being a sweet person. Great customer service!! Pizza Hut could use more like her.
