  I had Harley as my server and she was great. The food was delicious but as always service with a smile and a great attitude goes a long ways. Thank you for your great service today

  The food was really good. A little overly salty, but good. Service was not so good. We never got silverware. We had to ask for it. The food took a long time and they weren't that busy.

  Our group was celebrating birthdays and anniversary. More on that later. There was 6 in our group. No alcohol during service so I won't comment on that. We had tea, milk and soda. Even so drinks were very slow to come out and we spent over a hour there and no refills were offered except when we were ready to leave. Everyone got a salad and 2 in our party did not like thier special salad dressing. The one appetizer we got was shared and a small highlight of the meal. Only 1 small bread was brought out for all of us. My wife's salmon was ok by her. I got the hamburger. Definitely not worth it and was not cooked as ordered. (Medium rare). The others didn't exactly rave about thier meals. My potato was small and a small amount of onions ect came with it and I had to ask for additional sour cream. They brought out a small dessert for the birthday but stated there was nothing for anniversaries. Service was terrible for the $160 tab The enjoyment we had was of own creation. Our neighbors took us to Longhorns and service, food , and price was a joy in comparison It had been awhile since we had been to Outback and I doubt we will return. Who knows maybe they will improve but I doubt it

  Bowl of soup had 8 table spoons full, most of that was cheese. Steak was not prepared as asked for. 15 plus minutes to get a cup of coffee, then when asked for refill another pot had to be made which took over 20 minutes.

  I had a pickup order from 98 N Outback 3/31/26. This was actually the worst ever. One meal chicken grilled with 2 sweet potatoes; we got on potato. The other meal was Queensland pasta all shrimp. Normally it is double shrimp bc I didn't get chicken. 5 shrimps. The fried mushrooms were cold and mushy. No butter for the bread. I called and spoke to the manager said he replace the meals, but why should I have to be inconvenienced again by driving back up to Outback. So, he said he would refund the meal in 3-5 days. This never happened. Weeks before this we sat inside the restaurant and the onion had no flavor, come to find out after they made the onion 3 times, the onsite manager that day said they ran out of the onion seasoning. Why not just tell us this instead of trying to hide by recooking 3 onions and they were all the same.
