  Not no point of ordering your food before you get here. They going to take for ever either way. Don’t go here thinking you’re going to get breakfast. You’re going to be late everyday. This is ridiculous. Shut down or get more workers.

  Food was alright. They always forget my sauces and I have to drag 5 kids back inside to get it. Ita mostly teenagers who stand around and talk.

  After waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru, the employee on the speaker informed me that three cars ahead of me had all pulled up after I was already in line. I had a pickup order, so she eventually let me go ahead — but no acknowledgment or apology for the wait. At the second window, the cashier in the red bonnet handed me my soda without a word and visibly scowled when I thanked her. Then, when she handed over my food, her demeanor shifted to exaggeratedly cheerful — a sudden enough change that it didn’t feel right. I asked her to exchange the food and she refused. The whole experience felt off. I shouldn’t have to second-guess whether my order was handled properly.

  Poor service, night crew has a poor attitude and gives an attitude when you ask why the wait is so long. Lighting in parking lot is very poor. The place never improves.

  I had a terrible experience at McDonald's. I ordered a Big Mac with light Mac sauce, light lettuce, and no pickles, along with fries. The fries were old and tasted awful, and the burger was one of the messiest, sloppiest sandwiches I’ve ever been served—completely ignoring my order requests. To make things worse, I placed and paid for my order online, and it was canceled after the fact. Now I’m stuck waiting on a refund for money that was already taken, which is extremely frustrating. Customer service was just as disappointing. The staff at the drive-thru were rude and unprofessional, and the overall condition of the location looked poorly maintained and unclean. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I won’t be returning to this location.
