  I ordered the Number 3 meal cheeses only with a 10 piece chicken nugget fresh to order which means freshly cooked. I told them I did not mind waiting. I did so when I received my food, I made it home went to bite down on the chicken nuggets, they were hard as a rock. The fries were disgusting. The hamburger was completely dried. Tried calling multiple times and they do not answer their phone, so they could replaced my order.

  I ordered the number 9 cooked to order & easy on the mustard and ketchup. Paid for what I asked for…. I get to window asked the manager with the braided dreads if my order was cooked to order he nodded his head yes… my mistake I took his word and pulled off- the only thing hot were the fries. My burgers were room temperature!!! McDonald’s on Bartow road, your service was below average today‼️

  The breakfast is always good. The staff at the pickup window are always very nice. The drive through is always pretty quick!

  Worst place ever the cheeseburger was way overcooked. The kiosk are not working, but the manager brought our food out to us, which was a plus. The store itself was very clean.

  I went through the drivethru , round 3pm, only ordered 2 double cheese burgers. They asked me to pull up & wait ,(with the other 3 cars that were pulled up waiting). Waited there for 10 min., then walked in to get my money back, & my small order was on the counter. And there was absolutely NOBODY at the front registers! And nobody in the actual restaurant ! I hope they get better management, workers or both! Oh, and their soda machine was broke!
