  I placed a mobile order at the this location and when I arrived for my curbside order I called the store to make them aware that I had arrived and what parking spot I am in. The associate on the phone is having a conversation with me and another customer that is in front of her. As we are on the phone she is realizing that she gave that customer my order. She proceeds to tell me that they are too busy for someone to bring my order out so I would have to come inside. I tell her that's fine, I will come in and asked if my food was given to someone else. She avoided the question until I asked a couple more times and then confirmed she had given it to someone else but they had returned it so I can come inside and get it. I kindly asked for her to remake my food and she proceeds to argue that the food is still fine for me to eat. I ask again and she said okay but I had to come get it. I had non-issue coming inside since they were busy....I get that but when I walked inside she is talking about me to the WHOLE STORE! She tells the next person in line "Sorry about that. That lady on the phone was getting on my nerves!" I asked for a refund when she finally got around to assisting me with my order. The manager came and I started to tell her why I was asking for a refund and then Cristina decides she wants to input and begins arguing with me and the manger on duty said nothing to her. As I am leaving, Cristina decides to let me know that I'm being irrational because "she has never had a complaint on her so it's me". This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had at this location and honestly makes me never want to go back.

  Ugh do NOT come here! Waited 30min for a smoothie, mind you.. there were only two customers in the store!! Terrible!!!

  I thought Tropical Smoothie was not as good as it use to be. Turns out I was just at the wrong locations. The ladies at this location know how to make delicious smoothies. Best Peanutbutter Paradise smoothie I've had in a loooooong time.

  I have spent thousands of dollars on this franchise. I ordered two different smoothies that I always get. Both had to be remade. Both were still not good the second time, albiet different. This entire franchise needs to do training on how to make a smoothie CONSISTENTLY. They arent cheap and theyre not quick, so at the very least, there should be quality.
