Asked for them to be remade the lady on the register customer service was horrible, she proceeds to tell me they are not nasty because she made them and she knows what she is doing. Obviously not, requested a refund and still waiting on my $20 to be refunded. I guess I’ll never get it and it’s a headache to even go back in. I live close so I would love to come to this one, but it’s always hit or miss. I honestly drive to the south side location if I am really craving a smoothie because this one is a waste of money.
