Lunette finished her side work before starting our sandwiches
Other employee just stood against the counter by the toaster staring at the floor and talking to Lunette not doing anything at all .. as they talked we stood there just watching them complain about working and slowly move around sighing . This isn’t the first time and that’s why I wanted to leave a review hoping something will change . Jeremy should work more he is THE BEST !!!! Unfortunately we never see him anymore , 😩

I ordered online At 7 PM Monday August 11th 2025. When I arrived, my order was not ready, even though it was the time they allotted. I waited almost 20 minutes to get my food. Then the food was not correct when I got home. I called for almost 2 hours. No one answered. On my way back up there at 9:15. The manager finally answered.. I told them I was pulling in and I wanted a refund. When I walked in, I was met by a minor who told me the manager was not available even though I had just gotten off the phone with them. When I asked for the manager and a receipt and a number to call, corporate with the minor walked out and threw paper at me and said your order will be refunded in two days. There was no asking of my name and there was no car transaction done. And the number they gave me to call was disconnected. I will never visit this subway again.

How is there only 1 employee on a Sunday. The line has at least 12 customers and one employee working this is rediculous and causes horrible customer service. The employee is clearly frustrated and I have been standing here for 30 minutes with 3 people in front of me all because he’s alone. Management has to do better. There should at least be 2 employees helping each other.
