I stood for 8 minutes waiting to be SPOKEN to while the lady was in front of me making an order for her two friends who were sitting on a nearby booth. They were ordering via the booth too. It took her 8 minutes to make half their sandwich while making mistakes and restarting. I had a line behind me before I left and not one word was said then too. I understand you work a job you may not prefer, but if you are incapable of providing BASIC service. You should not be working there. Service and atmosphere was 0/10 - genuinely embarrassed for her and her behavior.
