I never have an issue with my order especially if I have to modify it to fit my dietary need. My food is always hot and fresh when it comes out I usually visit in the morning so it's not ever really that busy.

Then they brought the order and no drinks..I had to ask for our drinks and ketchup. The food was blah, tator tots not cooked. Then I go ask for a bag and they are standing around vaping in the restaurant near the food..REALLY, DO BETTER!
