  So for second time in a row this place screwed up my order.And then tried to tell me that I did it wrong... Sad part is ...john The franchisee... he called himself.. originally was presenting himself as area manager when finally when I told him I was done bickering with him that I wanted his boss's phone number. He refused then hung up on me instead of making it right. He was belligerent rude wouldn't give me the number of his area manager to report him ... Don't waste your time or your money it aint worth the aggravation. Or being talked to like a child\nAnd acting like you did something wrong spending your money somewhere it's supposed to have a good reputation for their product and standing behind it , i tried to tell this guy , come get these and give me the two I wanted , he wouldn't even do that... and for record the new new yorkers , sucks i cannot.\nBelieve this guy, I really can't.I usually only put up positive reviews and usually try to keep bad stuff to myself.This guy earned it, I'm putting it on every single one of my platforms and telling everybody, I know, I've never been disrespected by some place that I spent my money at like this before in my life if I could give less than one star I would, see ya buddy

  I ordered 8 pizzas for the office and was unable to set for a future time. I called and spoke with the Manager Mckenzie she fixed it for me and when I picked them up they were steaming fresh. Thank you again for the help and wonderful pizzas

  I had the opportunity to share a meal, with a young man that was sitting out in the cold. Unfortunately I didn't have enough money on me at the time. The employee Kaitlyn stepped up and helped me. She even tried to give me extra money back!!! This young woman, and this store will always be in my heart 💜. Please go to this location, show them some love...

  Soggy crust and the cheese was not fully melted. I ordered delivery, and the only solution offered was for me to personally bring the pizza back to the store for a replacement. I explained that I had a sick child at home, at which point the store manager offered a partial store credit that did not even cover the full cost of my order. During the phone call, the manager hung up on me and then repeatedly ignored my return calls. When she finally answered, she hung up again. I had to ask my neighbor to stay with my sick child so I could physically return the soggy pizza to the store just to request a refund. When I arrived, the manager refused to come out and instead left the employee to handle the situation. I asked for a refund and I was told the manager already processed it. Then asked for a receipt, and there was no proof. The employee was clearly unsure how to process the refund and kept going back and forth with the manager, who continued giving instructions from the back rather than addressing me directly. When the manager finally came out, she briefly spoke and then walked away again, leaving the employee to inform me that they could not issue a refund because their card system was supposedly not working. I left extremely dissatisfied, without a refund, and without any resolution. This experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. I am requesting follow up from upper management to ensure that my refund is properly issued and this situation is addressed at this location.
