I called back to share my concern, and this time the manager, Jennifer, immediately began yelling over me, insisting the pizza wasn’t wrong and that it was exactly what I ordered—before even hearing my actual complaint. Once she finally understood I was talking about the pizza being undercooked, she continued shouting, saying she had checked it herself. I never raised my voice, yet I was met with unprofessionalism and hostility. Maybe she was having a bad day, but there is absolutely no reason to treat a customer this way. I have genuinely never experienced such poor service.
