    I ordered A simple personal pan pizza 2 toppings along with five wings what I received were the crumbs from the bottom of a bag of wings not one wing was bigger than a quarter. As for the pizza not much better, it had two toppings on 1/2, and the other half was a cheese pizza with a sprinkle of bacon. The staff an elderly gentleman who stated he had been working in the oven for 17 years told me this is Pizza Hut standards. He was rude and condescending for a guy with a job of a teenager. Management needs to do something about their substandard employees and their lackluster performance.

    On the night of November 17, 2025, I placed an order at this Pizza Hut located at 3111 US - 98 #116, Lakeland, FL 33803. I asked the employee for a plate for my son because we were going to eat in the car in the parking lot, and he said he didn't have one. I asked for a small box to use as a plate and explained that I really needed it because we were going to eat in the car, but the employee was very rude, arrogant, insensitive, and unhelpful. He said he wouldn't give me the small box because they were very expensive, and even though I thanked him, he didn't respond or even wish me a good meal. In addition, everything was good except for the cheese pizza, which had almost no cheese and was very thin.
