She told me she was speaking to her husband, I asked her to put the phone down and she said NO she only had that time to speak to him. When I reported the situation to corporate, they had the manager call me. He told me her husband was in jail, I told him that was not my problem. She should take a break so she can talk to him. There is no such thing as customer service anymore, I am sick of being treated like they are doing me a favor by waiting on me, they need to realize we as paying customers are paying their wages. We need to speak out more.
