  My order was ready when I arrived, but I had to wait in line. Why is there no online order pickup area? Why order ahead if I'm going to have to wait in a line? When I told them I ordered online, they couldn't find my physical order, so I had to wait even longer. The workers didn't seem to be enjoying their work- everyone seemed overworked, I think you need more man-hours available and more staff on hand. I wanted to order broccoli cheddar soup, but it wasn't available when I ordered. Please make your full menu available from open to close. You missed out on $20 in soup sales alone. The entire front lobby floor was sticky and crusty, my shoes were sticking to the floor, and I had to wash the underside of my shoes. Disgusting. When I told the cashier that the floor needed cleaning and was sticky, she did say she would tell the manager, but who knows if that was ever addressed. My cookies seemed too small for the prices you charge. Either reduce your prices, or increase the portion sizes. $3.40 including tax for a single cookie is outrageous- I had to order a "value 4-pack" to not feel like I was getting robbed. And $8.40-$9.40 for a bowl of soup is a ridiculously high price. Your pricing makes me not want to order from your stores. Overall I was very displeased with my experience. Please do better with pricing, cleanliness and order ahead wait time, and help your employees enjoy their jobs more- don't just tell them to act more happy, give them cause for joy somehow.

  The bacon mac and cheese is delicious. They bread is yummy, either plain or the sandwich. Good eating.

  I'm embarrassed to say, this is the first time I've ever been to a Panera lol. Wanted to try something different, a bit more healthy and gave them a try. I was very impressed with the green goddess chicken salad I chose a Pomegranate Hibiscus Ice Tea and I signed up for the unlimited sip club. With the exception of it being a bit pricey for what you get, the food was fresh and tasty and a decent size portion. Will definitely be back to try out more inviting menu options in the future. Fortunately there are some good coupons on the app to help offset the price. Staff was very friendly at the drive through.

  Were not happy with panera we were not there in while its changed its dirty booth walls and dis colored seats at booth . The food not fresh . Soup tomato was not a fresh taste . Need to change expiration dates checked? This resturant has lack of help and servers no one person to clean after a meal .soup was on the floor never mopped up .this place needs go under an inspection by Fl health dept . We just don't won't people to get sick and have a good experience at this establishment .Last the drive in is in dangerous location no yellow safety warning lite and parking lot is too small you can get hit walking or driving in this area a review with a follow up needs to be enforced. This place needs close at this location too much traffic we will not go here in the future again
