I made an alteration on my order and got robbed "price wise" for doing so. I got "over charged" about $15.00 and the restaurant did it without explaining to me of the price difference. Food was not very good either. I will not be back in the future!

We went here for our anniversary dinner. (Nicer place planned for another time) We had to wait an hour for our food. My ribeye was burnt and way overcooked. It was inedible. My daughter's wasn't much better, but she wouldn't send it back. They took mine back to make me another one. 20 minutes and I still hadn't gotten my steak. My husband and daughter were done with their meal. I asked for a manager and explained what had happened. I told her I would pay for the salad I ate and asked her to remove the steak from my bill. She was very nice, and handled the situation appropriately. We will not be going back.

This outback location is ultimately the worst location in the whole franchise not only did they disrespect their customers. They also inevitably leave your food to get cold. Their wait staff doesn’t exist, when you call to try to get a hold of the manager the day after because you find a stick in your leftovers. They leave you on a 15 minute phone call to be ignored.

I dont know if the manager was having a bad night, but if that's how she acts every time there's an issue she needs a new job. Short version: payment issues with their equipment, manager stepped in and didnt understand the situation, talked down to my friend, tried to make me pay mult times when I had a receipt, and then continued to talk back to me when I told her she really needs to work on her bedside manner when we were leaving. Long version: We actually were having a great time and our waitress was really good. No issues til it came time for the bill. We asked for each to have our own bill. The waitress updated it on her side but our table tablet never changes and we didnt want to cause a fuss so we just split it evenly on the tablet. Then it was having trouble taking our payments. One went thru, My friend had tried using her card several times before giving up and asking the waitress for help. A new tablet was brought, and mine went thru, but my friends still didnt. The problem was it was showing in her account. So then comes in the manager and shes lucky I forgot to catch her name because that's where things went downhill. They looked at the 2 payments showing and somehow it was my 2 friends cards showing paid but not mine, even the waitress saw mine go thru and I got a receipt. The manager asked to see my Bank Account which I shouldn't have done but was trying to show good will and it showed the pending amt. She still demanded I pay again. As well as that my friend had a large amt missing from her account AFTER swiping her card mult times that wasn't missing before we started this payment debacle. So we were trying to get assurances that if she was charged more than once that she would get that money back. The manager started talking down to her trying to tell her that was just the money in her acct because she didnt understand what we were concerned about with the missing balance. Once I said I didnt appreciate how she was talking to my friend and mentioned the comp word bc of how rediculous this was getting she started giving attitude and then finally just told us to go. When I got up I told her she should really work on her bedside manner she told me she wasnt a doctor. Which was yes funny but rude all the same. So we loved the atmosphere and the food and even the waitress but def keep a close eye with their payment system and dont expect any respect from the dim manager who clearly needs to call her IT people, not charge her patrons multiple times for one meal and to at least understand the concepts of bank account charges and receipts. My friend will esc if she has more than one charge on her account tomorrow.

It’s actually refreshing to have any customer service hold them selves accountable after making a mistake. We made an online order and were given the wrong order “mistakes happen”. I was expecting to call in and be gaslit as this seems to be the most common tactic so many places are using these days to avoid accountability. I was pleasantly surprised that they took full responsibility, refunded the order and apologized. Despite a bad experience, the manager on duty turned it around and insured that I’ll be willing to give them a second chance, which I definitely will. Good job on being professional 👍. It’s a welcome change of pace.
