    Food was delicious, I did a pick up order said the food will be ready at 8:25pm when I arrived at 8:15pm I got a text saying my food was Ready!!! Awesome quick service went home and enjoyed it yum ….

    Ate dinner there 12/20/25 for my nephew birthday as soon as i walked in was greeted by 2 hostess they were very polite, everyone was very polite and friendly the food came out hot and was good. Ethan was our server he was very polite and attentive. Only tiny mistake they forgot 2 sides fries and mashed potatoes but Ethan correct it quickly and apologized soon after the manager came out and greeted us checking on how everything was. As I waited for my food I could see everyone working as a team. everything was top notch.

    hands down this is the worst outback steak house in central Florida i highly don't recommend eating here as you might have a chance of your food coming out RAW! and the service is absolutely terrible. got us drinks one time and never came back to the table to offer refills, took over an hour and a half to even get food on the table for a party of 4 and when the food finally does come i bet you none of the food items on your table are what you ordered, this place is an absolute insult to the outback franchise.

    Whoever that host is lastnight around 6-7 needs to be fired. She is so rude and acts like she’s all that, ma’am who are you? Lmfao I thought she might be the manager then saw her at the host area when we were leaving while she was putting lip gloss on 😆 I watch her be so rude to guest that wanted to move tables and she was like no with an attitude! It looked like the ladies chose that place to eat for a Christmas get together and I was just in shock that she was that rude to them. Very poor tasting. Besides that everything was ok shoutout to the guys that came and made those ladies a table so they could be comfy. Also 6 people should not be shove in a booth. You can barely move and eat. And they were thin so it wasn’t a them problem. Do better.

    I would leave 0 stars if possible. It took over an hour for our food to come out, and I honestly think it would have been longer if I didn't ask about it! When it finally came out, all 4 plates were cold. A salad was brought to the table 30 minutes in, but we weren't even given any silverware. Management actually seemed confused that we didn't want to wait for new food! We didn't have to pay for anything, which I do appreciate, however, I will not be going back here again. Prices like they have, customers should be taken care of, not forgotten!
