Normally don't go to this one for that reason I stopped in because it was close, waited in line, somehow my mobile order was for inside pickup asked if I could get it from the thru was told I would have to change it, I could not, so I went inside waited for at least 10min last on front of me was waiting for a hamburger she ordered long before I got there. Finally my food came out called number employee gave me a evil look like oh you, throw my bag on the table then left, very rude, get home chicken patty so hard I could use it as a hammer. And this is going to be the best thing corporate will post/reply for me to contact them via a fourm, and they will contact me back. I have filled out at least 10 of them in the last few months, and guess what no reply, no calls, not even a I don't care. That tells me that even corporate doesn't care. Best above stay away from McDonald's like this, find a better location, or just stop going.

- KHKim HaleyJan 3, 20261.0The worst service I've ever had at a McDonalds. Was in a height-prohibitive vehicle for drive-thru, so I went inside to order. Order was taken timely, but I waited 40 min for mediocre fast food. Only 1 employee working the counter, and she rarely made an appearance. Thank goodness I won't have to go there again. It was a sign that I shouldn't be eating fast food anyway. 🙃 Drive- thru and Door Dash orders were prioritized.
