Having to TRY to get someone’s attention while struggling to hold any liquid in is a battle I unfortunately did not win. There I was, pants soaked because of the doors being locked and only opened by someone that is a paying customer. I was going to pay for something AFTER I used the bathroom but instead I didn’t walk of shame out to my car and had to drive home in soaked jeans. This has to be against ADA or something. It’s unacceptable when a company will take away a bathroom just for profit. And after reading the other comments about similar issues, this is not the first time this is brought up. Highly disgusted in McDonald’s and whoever thought it was a good idea to lock a bathroom.
