    Just came through about 30 mins ago and got a 10 piece with a large sprite. very simple meal. there was only two cars in front of me and nobody behind me ( at the time ) got to the window got my food and the manager hector said it’d be just one second on my sprite. 15 minutes. yes that’s right 15 minutes i waited for a sprite. it wasn’t until i yelled through the window for 5 mins and finally got someone’s attention that some girl walks over said “ what “ and when i told her my issue she looks at the ALREADY MADE sprite sitting there and looks at me and tries handing me it. I waited 15 minutes for a sprite that was already made and nobody gave it to me or even thought for a second to come over to the window and see why the line wasn’t moving? Hector was very apologetic and offered a free meal next time i come through but i honestly doubt i’ll be back, nobody of the 4/5 people i saw walking back and forth filling door dash orders thought to see why someone was sitting at the window ? the customer service here at night isn’t a thing. by time i got my drink and home with my food it was ice cold.
