If the lobby, drink and play area is this nasty I could only imagine how bad the kitchen area is. I didn't have the stomach to visit the bathroom so I don't know the condition of it but it probably isn't to far off from what I've witnessed here so far. I most likely won't be coming back.

Manager just sits in office and doesn't help staff but wants to use the excuse of being shorthanded for the long wait time. Maybe if the manager actually helped the staff would be more inclined to move faster than the snail speed they were moving at. Night staff doesn't care about the paying customers at all. Only the drive thru gets served not inside or curbside orders. Waited 30 minutes for order and had to end up going inside to get because it said my order was brought out but nobody ever came. After going inside nobody acknowledged me at the counter for 8 minutes i had to raise my voice for someone to finally acknowledge me and then the manager cursed me out when I asked for my money back and said they couldn't do refunds on order ahead so i had to wait Food was not edible as it was sitting inside for 20 minutes because nobody ever brought it to curbside spot. Worst experience ever and a complete waste of money.

Ordered the 20$ Big Mac deal and the “meat patties” looked like they could fill potholes, the dining area was a DISASTER and we were literally the only customers inside and nobody in the drive thru. Nobody was cleaning it was all in all a terrible experience and we will not be going here again for a long time! See photos for the horrific cleanliness.
