  Nada satisfecho con este lugar. No lo recomiendo y no volveremos . Fue una mala experiencia y cuando tratas de hablar con algún trabajador sobre lo que pedimos la gerente habló con mala actitud hacia un trabajador que trataba de ayudar.

  I tried calling only to be met with silence. I received my doordash order about 30min. ago it got here on time as per the time frame displayed on the app. I ordered the snack wrap combo(2 ranch snack wraps, medium fry, and medium coke). Everything was fine on the fries and first snack wrap, however, I bit into the second and immediately the texture was off. Looking down I saw the chicken in the second snack wrap was raw or at the very least undercooked to a noticeable degree. I showed it to several others to confirm the chicken was raw. I spit out my initial bite and promptly lost my appetite for the rest of the day. As I stated earlier I called and was met with silence as well as the line being hung up on me. Edit: After reading more of teb reviews I'm not surprised by my instances as this location is known to have many issues with staff and quality of services. Looks like one health code violation away from putting someone in the hospital or worse. Thankfully it wasn't me this time but skip this place if you can help it.

  I purchased 5 value meals which consist of nuggets burger and fries . The staff put all five meals including sauces in one bag. When they put the bag on the counter I asked them if they can split the food in a different bag.The gentleman took the bag and told me that I will have to wait a few minutes. He then told the female staff sarcastically that I wanted everything split up and the female rolled her eyes and laughed. They placed my bag on the warmer section the female staff put one fry in a separate bag and walked away leaving my food there . I waited and the gentleman was standing by there on a tablet instead of working on my food . I asked him to just give me my food and he offered multiple bags to separate the food myself ! I often go to this location and Im very disappointed in the service.

  Closed lobby early for their personal party. I asked to take my order at the window and the told me I’d have to drive around after I got out of my truck with my son he just went in to use the restroom then came right back out Í asked my son do you want a ice cream he said yes so we got out went to the door and it was locked so I then pull to the window with no cars at the drive thru and still didn’t get no service. This is the second time around this time Í had a very bad experience. I don’t know who is running this place at this time but very very bad experience Í made my mind up Í will not spend a dime here no more I don’t care if it’s the last McDonald’s or only one. It sad that you can’t even go to your kids favorite place with a play land because of their service..

  I don’t know what was going on at this McDonald’s, but it was rough. My food came out literally like rock solid, cold, nasty and literally inedible like it had been waiting since last week. The whole place looked dirty and neglected, with floors and tables that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. But the moment that truly shocked me? I picked up my drink and saw dust inside the cup. At that point I was done. This visit felt like nobody cared about cleanliness, quality, or customers. Easily the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.
