This is actually the worst Mc Donald’s on this side of town. They pull you out of drive thru line EVERYTIME and then forget you. After you wait 20 mins for your food it’s cold, your icees are melted, and they’ve forgotten something and you have to call them to bring it out.
The whole drive through timer thing is trash. It just makes them rush you out to look like they are giving you quick service, but really your experience is far from.
I wish I could say this was a rare occurrence but it’s been my experience each and everytime.
And for funsies here’s my meted icee from this trip. I’m at 25 minutes parked - one phone call and still no food .

At this point I dont even know why I bother coming to this place on a weekday between 12 and 1...so unorganized and always gets my order wrong...needs better management and a better team

Drive threw was hidious, people were meowing and bsrking like thdy were dogs when trying to order.i dont have time for games exspecially when im on lunch break. I just left and went to piblix and got a sub. Wont be back to this location for sure.

I don’t understand how a restaurant can consistently be so difficult to get menu items from. Anytime you try to get a frappe, smoothie or McFlurry from them it’s like I’m asking them to solve a theoretical physics question. Absolutely abysmal service and just disappointing that I can’t get a sweet treat ever from them.

Took forever for our order,which whatever. We get the food and I check the bag, we're missing two mc Chickens, okay great let's turn back around, we get back in line, tell the guy at the window we're missing the two items he checks our receipt, "ok pull forward" we take our receipt back, management comes over, takes the receipt, disappears.
Lady hands us a bag of food, and we ask "is this the two mcchickens" before touching it, the lady says yes. We open the bag and the manager comes over, says great that's not him remake it (because it was not the mcchickens but someone else's food who is sitting ahead of us also upset presumably) . Manager has our mcchickens. Says she's gonna "watch the cameras to see us come through to make sure someone's being truthful" 🙏🏼😭 ma'am I would not steal your mcchickens I just wanted the stuff we paid for
Maybe she meant one of the employees was lying about where they went idk but it was a weird interaction. My chicken nuggets were also weirdly soggy inside :(
This McDonald's is usually quick and accurate with their service so today was really off for them. There wasn't even a line it was slow Monday the 20th -530pm
