So I was gonna give 1 star.... I had two promo codes for free food but apparently you can't use them in drive thru if you have a card linked to your app because it auto pays and doesn't give them the option to put the codes in or pay at the window.... I did not know this! I got my order and went inside and spoke to both the store manager and her assistant manager.... The issue was resolved so fast that I didn't think I was done explaining the situation and they were already ringing up my refund which was back on my card 2 days later! Soo... For their customer service and prompt refund I give them a 5. Shout out to the two ladies who took care of me! Y'all did y'all's thang! Thank you! Also, the food was great!

Came to get my kids some food in the drive thru and the lady at the window had my food out the window before I got to the window like she was rushing me and I looked in the bag to make sure sauce was in there and she started rolling her eyes and laughing. I DID ask her what was so funny to which she said nothing and continued to laugh and slammed the window. On top of that the food was cold and burnt. Won’t be going back.

I ordered a small fry to get the deal. After I gave my code, the employee asked if I wanted my latte iced or hot. I said iced, and then he told me they were out of Pumpkin Spice. Um, sir — that’s not a me problem, that’s a McDonald’s problem. The offer is valid until November 15, 2025, yet no substitute was offered. I asked to speak with a manager, and he said he was the manager — smh. It’s fine, I lost my reward, but they don’t have to worry about me coming back anymore.
It's the principal, don't try to argue with me because you won't get anything but a bad review. Do better.
