  Upon arrival ordering at the speaker lady asked using the app? You say yes and she won’t take the code then get to the window and try to use it and she says can’t use it???? Why did she ask if we were going to use it. Very rude raggedy Ann. This is the worst McDonald’s in Lakeland. Always something wrong. Foods stale, employees suck , shut it down and put a shake shack up!

  The service during lunch hours is horrible since you have to wait over 20 minutes even if you have a mobile order with the curbside pickup option selected. This has happened twice over several visits. The food quality is not great, even for a McDonald’s. I recommend avoiding altogether.

  This must be thee worst McDs on the planet. This morning at 1040am, I went through the drive thru with minutes to spare on my way to work, just to get something to eat as I wouldn't be able to eat until 5pm. They have a HUGE sign near the drive thru- $5 Sausage Egg McMuffin value meal. The, I assume teenager with attitude, said that it's not what I can get for $5, the egg would be extra. I said, but the picture out here shows it with egg. She said she didn't care what the picture showed and that I could call corporate. I tried calling in to the restaurant several times: busy signals and then 1 ring answers and silence. So I will call corporate on Monday. I'll never go there again.

  This place is the worst the people there are just either stupid or purposely mess up your order.One time I ordered a burger and got home and there was no burger patty just bread and cheese.The next time I went there was in the morning time and I thought it would be better but I was wrong.I ordered 2 breakfast meals and didn’t recieve hash brown and I was supposed to get a sweet tea but the gave me iced black coffee instead.Like what the heck!This place is a joke!Never going to back!

  Waited in line for 5 minutes, they didn't have coffee made. So here I sit waiting for the coffee. I had to drive up to the window since no one took order. Then she didn't know how to do a free coffee and a code. Then I ask for receipt and she said the machine had no ink to print one out...like really. At least she didn't slam the window in my face like the previous woman did, who was older and should have now better. I wish the owner would contact me....or maybe I should call corporate. This McDpnalfs is run so horribly, they need to know
