This is twice I’ve stopped at this location in Lakeland. The first time I didn’t circle back around for fresh fries, just threw them away. This time I circled around to let them know I have cold fries. She came back too quick and I had a brief fleeting thought she only put hot ones on top of cold, but tried to erase my pessimism—- to get to the light and dump them into my sandwich box to find that’s all she did. She added 20 hot fries to the top of the cold fries. I should have known when she rolled her eyes when I handed her my fries and said I needed new since they were cold. By the way I used to work at McDonalds and we were NEVER supposed to hand food out the window without a bag. Don’t go to this location.

Worst workers I’ve ever had to deal with. Disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. They couldn’t find my DoorDash order in their system. Made me wait over 20 minutes. 4 doordashers got their orders before me. When I finished speaking with the manager she went back to her workers and said I was being rude. All because she didn’t understand the name and order I was asking for. she seemed mad I had to repeat myself multiple times, yet she was the one misunderstanding. One of the workers yelled “I am not in the mood today we do not have to serve you food” all because they couldn’t find my order in their system. I also watched the workers throwing customers food into the bags not being careful with what someone is paying for. Extremely unprofessional. Good luck if you go here!

You will wait 40 minutes for your food. It will be wrong. You will have to wait 30 more minutes for them to finally talk to you about your incorrect order. They will probably be unhelpful after that too.

I have never in my life encountered someone (manager/supervisor/drive thru worker) so unprofessional, hateful and rude, as i did today , when an unexpected, horrible event happened that was out of anyone's hands. I cant imagine how many other customers they have treated the same way. Working with the public is not for them!!
