- RCRebecca Carida5 days ago1.0Been to this McDonald's a million times. App has stopped working for us suddenly so it freezes on the curbside "enter your spot number screen". Store insists they never got our order despite showing them proof, order number, and my card already being charged. Rude and dismissive, the app even says "if have an issue/need a refund its between you and the store". Would not give any food and then stopped even acknowledging us standing there. So now I have paid for food I cannot receive and cannot even get a refund. 45 minute ordeal for no food. Pick a different McDonald's.

I believe this was done so that they looked close and the employees wouldn’t have to work as hard as normal especially since this was on New Year’Eve. The worst part was that our fries were overcooked, possibly fried twice and the large fry wasn’t even filled halfway with fries.

I tried to order a McRib but was then told it was no longer available even though the sign said McGrib is back in season so advised the cashier to tell the manager remove it from your sign. We ordered a quarter pounder spicy chicken sandwich and six chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce. A very simple order. But somehow it was managed to be messed up by not including the barbecue sauce. I tried to call the location multiple times to speak with a manager and all I got was a busy signal so that tells me they just took the phone off the hook. This is obviously a location that lacks any leadership or manager ability or capability of following through with what they say show and advertise. Bottom line pathetic fire everybody level it and replace it with a Burger King!
