The staff were very nice polite. My order was correct fast and fresh. I especially liked that as I was handed my food the lady at the second window said thank you and come see us again with a smile. and that right there deserves 5 stars.as we all know most places now days lack customer service. I will be coming here again after this great experience.

It was pure water. So they had me pull up to remake the coffee and still come out sloppy and disgusting

And then, on top of that, they still forget the sauces e-v-e-r-y-t-i-m-e or leave out part of the meal. It’s so incompetent and beyond frustrating, especially with how expensive they’ve gotten while the service just keeps sucking.

I've had to limit my trips there lately due to higher prices, the which is the most ridiculous is your drinks. Not only are those prices too high for a fast food drive-thru, but then you are asked to donate to RM House. It takes the money that normally I would yes to pay the overcharge on my drink. Not only that, but quality of meals are not as good anymore. Not that you really care, but MCD will be off my list of stops
