I did come here 3-4 times a week on my way to work because it's so convienent and today after being at the end of my pay period and spending a lot for Christmas coming up, they refused to take money from me just because it's older cash. It's all the money I had on me, I had enough for my order and they turned me away 3 times and basically kicked me out just because the manager was too lazy to do his job. I could literally hear them laughing at me in the back. I work a tip job and constantly get older folks giving me older bills, coins, dollar coins even and I've always checked and did my job to verify. It's so unprofessional and rude, very unlike the service I've always gotten since moving to Lakeland. You're safe if you're using a card but beware with older bills and honestly probably 50s or 100s!! This location is too scared to verify. Pic attached shows it's REAL MONEY with my COUNTERFEIT DETECTOR MARKER. Go ahead and zoom in to the part it says "gold = real" and keep that knowledge in your memory so you can do your job right next time.
