    Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. The young lady, Kayla was fantastic, helped me getting the best deal. Outstanding customer service, very friendly.

    If you love your life and wanna receive great customer service DO NOT EAT HERE very rude food always over or undercooked when you complain they get a attitude and refuse refund

    Waited at the front counter for over 10 min. Not one person even spoke to me. This is not the first time. I would use the keyosk but it doesn't give you a receipt and I like to know what my number is.

    The entire concept of fast food is for it to be fast. People don’t exactly want to spend 5-10 minutes waiting for something that isn’t freshly made. This McDonald’s has the worst drive thru times in Lakeland. The wait times are absurd. If you are going to make people wait exorbitant times then change this franchise to a freaking Culver’s. At least their food is prepared to order.

    I love the people and dont hate mcdonalds but as a customer who utilizes apps with fast food for better deals and quick service i am frustrated because when i try to order things on the app and they are “unavailable” but then i go to the store and they are available, now i am paying more money because mcdonalds app isnt correct.. this is my only concern otherwise great store
