The last time I ordered two burgers with certain items on each one and they were both wrong. Tell me how you can get an order wrong when you’re looking at the order receipt that shows what goes on the burgers. Whoever made my burgers must not be able to read. Won’t be returning. Use to love five guys. Yall use to have great food.

You can quickly get online and order your food without a problem BUT The great deal of their business comes from delivery service drivers who pick up orders. Sometimes you we'll have to wait an extra 15 20 minutes for your food to be served because they're taking care of those online orders as they come in.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
