    service is SOOOOOO SLOW! Don’t waste your time ordering ahead of time, your food won’t be fresh due to sitting in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes!

    The service was so great. Esp Yasmin was so incredible. I left there with a smile because of her. Promote her. SHES INCREDIBLE. The rest of the team was great also, but Yasmin was just special

    NEVER go to this Dunkin. If you order on the app and have to wait in the drive thru you will be waiting for at least 30 minutes. This location does not know how to move a drive thru line and I don’t understand what the hold up is. Absolutely terrible

    Soo I waited in line for 20 min and I was waiting at the speaker no one said anything. There was a big line and I got to the window for them to tell me to leave they only take orders at the speaker. Worst customer service ever though drive though yet. Least have signs to tell people that wait 20 to 30 mins in line and only take orders at speaker would help. Very disappointed in this dunkin
