  This store was remodeled about a year ago. It’s my first time coming inside and I gotta tell you it’s one of the nicest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been in the layout is really cool and inviting. They even have wireless charging on some of the tables and there’s no lack of outlets if you wanna come in and get some work done while you’re eating. The manager here is very accommodating very nice guy. I highly recommend it also ordering two donuts I’m used to being stuffed in a bag. The chocolate is still wet they stick they make a mess and this is how they came out. Spoke to the manager, and apparently somebody stole the power supplies for the wireless charging on the table. I didn’t think that was worth giving them a lower score as they just realized it as I pointed it out to them.

  I love Dunkin I don't go all the time, but I do love my iced coffee. Let's face it those baby bagels are awesome as well. I have always had a friendly face at the window and always nice. Now go get a donut and do a food dance

  on 02/12/2026 i mobile ordered a coffee from this location. i walked in and was not greeted by anyone. there were at least 8 workers at this time and no one in line ahead of me. i waited over 5 minutes before I was spoken to. the nice brown haired man found my drink sitting on a rack and was incorrect. i asked to speak to the manager and explained the wait and lack of acknowledgment except from the ma fixing my drink that had been sitting on the DRIVE THRU rack the entire time i had to wait. she said she would “talk to them” about ignoring me and that my order was for drive thru so it was on that rack. this is incorrect as i always order walk in and have picture of the label that says so as well. i told her she was at fault as well since she also did not speak to me until i asked for a manager. she tried to say “she was counting cash” i told her “i see what you’re doing, you looked right at me and did not speak to me”. she then made a comment “i wonder what store she works at” (as i am in uniform) and i told her she should come visit me and would see that i treat my customers with respect and always acknowledge anyone i make eye contact with. all seven of those employees including the manager need to learn better customer service skills. A+ review for the nice quiet man who did talk to me and fix my drink.

  If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered through the drive-thru around 4; there was no one in line. I ordered the Sweet On You Cloud Latte and some food. I drove up to the window; they took my money right away but took a long time to give me my food, which was cold. All I could hear was talking, laughing, and playing around. The lady rudely came up to the window while I was waiting for my drink and said, "What are you waiting for? I gave you your food." I said I didn't get my drink, and she asked which one I ordered. I told her it was the one with caramel and coconut, and she said "OK." It must've taken about 10 minutes, and all I could hear was still laughing, playing around, and talking, and I still didn't have a drink. Another lady came up to the window and asked me about my drink, and I told her. They came back with a drink - that's not even mine; it has a chocolate swirl on top. I don't order anything with chocolate; I don't like chocolate coffee. The picture of the drink I ordered didn't have chocolate on it. The lady argued with me and told me that's what I ordered. I just took it and left, wasting five dollars because I didn't drink it; it was disgusting and not what I originally ordered. I wanted one and a half pumps of sweetener, and they put probably about four in that drink. It was not even drinkable, and I couldn't complain because the ladies were playing around and being rude. This is why I do not go to this dunkin very often my experience is always bad.
