My baby was crying loudly because he was hungry and I had forgotten the thermos so I could warm his bottle for him. I asked the lady at the drive thru if I could buy a cup of hot water as well so I could warm his bottle in it, and she was very understanding. She went out of her way to warm his bottle for me at the window because she was concerned the boiling hot water might spill and burn me. I was beyond grateful for her kindness and thoughtfulness.
