I called the store and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager, “Mel.” Based on how unprofessional and unknowledgeable she was, I seriously doubt she was a real manager. I told her the link wasn’t working and asked if she could walk me through it. I even said I’d come to the store so she could show me. She kept repeating, “I understand, but there’s nothing I can do,” and refused to help in any way. Then she hung up on me and my sister—twice. Completely unprofessional, untrained, and unsympathetic. I ended up calling another Domino’s, and in five minutes they helped me redeem the offer with no issues. This location clearly needs major restructuring, and I will be advising corporate of this when I talk to them tomorrow. What a disappointment this store has become. Guys please don't waste your time going to this location every bad review is exact reflection of what this place is.
