As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I was there asked for a cup of ice water the girl at the window was rude told me they don't give out ice water and that I had to go thru drive thru to make a order

While walking to the line I asked one worker if they had a bathroom. The very rude manager looked me dead in the face and told me I can't use there bathroom. I asked him what his name was be he refused to give it to me. That is what you do when you know you where just being a very nasty person. Next time I will just keep driving.

Just ordered here tonight. Waited at the window for 5 minutes only to be directed to go to the delivery line to wait an additional 38 minutes for an order that was so simple. Of course, the quality was absolutely horrible and the order itself was wrong. Burgers soggy and missing toppings that I was charged for. I confirmed through the speaker and again at the window what was supposed to be on each burger, they lied straight to my face ensuring that the order was correct. Fries extremely greasy and soggy. Chicken sandwich greasy and missing toppings that I was charged for. And to top it all off, everything was cold except for the soggy fries and grease drenched chicken sandwich. This is extremely disappointing, spending money, waiting almost an hour, and receiving garbage. Then I tried calling to let them be aware of the issue but no one answered. I couldn’t go back to the location because I used my lunch break to grab a quick bite and ended up sitting in a delivery line for 43 minutes. This isn’t even counting the time I sat in line just to place the order!
