  This is the worst checkers in Lakeland, not even joking. There's literally always a problem when I go here and I've had enough and will not be returning. The drive-thru times are outrageous, but it's because of the people inside! Every time I go there, the employees are always playing and talking instead of making food, I ordered a burger with ketchup and mustard only and they out lettuce, mayo and onions on it, realize they messed up and literally scraped it off the bun and left lettuce, and mayo all over the wrapper and it was still onions on the sandwich! The employees are always in there playing loud music and dancing, and that's the days that they aren't arguing in the window, you'd think with the automated system they wouldn't have anything to argue about and be more accurate when making sandwiches, but that's no help at all for them. On top of that 2 days ago I ordered a cherry coke, it was completely clear in the cup, the drive thru person still served it to me despite it not having any syrup in it, go again tonight and ordered the same drink and the lady in the window dropped the whole drink on me and in my car, although it was accidental, she was talking so much that she didn't check to see if the lid was on before she handed the drink out the window. This is a constant issue with the employees, they're not being attentive at all, they all look unhappy to be there, there's a white guy with tattoos on his face that walks around the building smoking weed, another manager that didn't even greet me when I came to the window. This location is the worst, and these problems are the tip of the iceberg, I'd be here all day if I listed the rest of the issues I've dealt with throughout 2025 with this location. It's time for a revamp, they need all new employees and retraining about courtesy and customer service and possibly new ownership.

  Order the number three with triple meat and an extra regular loaded fries. Instead received a loaded fry with a two Patty burger and when questioned where my other set of freeze the worker began raising her voice at me as an attempt for me to understand. I'm not sure when a combo doesn't come with set of fries I didn't ask for them to upsize my other order and I don't appreciate being charged $18 and not getting what I asked for. I don't have an accent I speak American so for her to raise her voice instead of clearly give me understanding as to what changed is the problem I have with this food chain

  Absolutely the best wings ever! The buffalo wings are phenomenal with fries! Highly recommend!

  Not worth the wait. Ordered a Garlic Chicken sandwich. Went through 1 line to order then had to loop around and get in another line to pick up my order. When I went to the pickup window after waiting almost 10 minutes in line, the counter staff just looked at me and didn't know what I was picking up. After I told her, then they started fixing the order. Chicken was luke warm and the fries (which are usually good at other locations) were cold and limp. Will not be back to this location. Just not worth the almost 20 minute wait.
