  Watched 2 people return their food due to wrong food as I waited for my order to be taken . Should have known to leave. Tried to order food multiple times and the lady did not understand I wanted a simple combo with mozzarella sticks added on. She UNDER charged me then gave me back 2$ and then did not take the proper order. I gave up and Ended up just letting her give me what ever she understood I wanted to … sent my kid to get me a drink from chik fila as I was over the challenge of ordering. Got food it was silly small amount of meat I watched the cook ditch half my meat in the grease trap cause it stuck to the spatula . Mozzarella sticks were cold ….. just don’t do it .

  I was about to order and all 3 employees were just standing at counter didnt ask if they could take my order just chatting away also another employee was eating a sandwich over the station where they make food and than talking and eating the sandwich while talking to employees I will no longer be eating at this location in the mall and will be telling others that is unsanitary . Hopefully manager was not one of employees. They need to be restrained on servesafe certification.

  Warming to everyone. When you order a combo the drinks do not come with it. Even thought they show on the picture. False representation. But when they ring you up the combo shows up on register with no drink. Basically ripping people off.

  Ordered my food and waited about 20 mins only to go back and nothing has been made. Service was terrible… confusion to the max with the workers. If I could give 0 stars I would!

  Got the old fashioned, which comes with double meat, for extra money. This cost 16.00 dollars without fries or a drink, and I am pretty sure this isn’t even single meat. Won’t be giving this a second chance. Extremely disappointing after working all day. Better food was available in the food court, and I’m sad I didn’t go to a different restaurant. Finished the sandwich, and could honestly count the onions on two hands. The cheese sauce was practically non existent, glad I got a pretzel at auntie Ann’s too, cause I’m still hungry. I’ve been to Charlie’s before in Texas, and it was actually really good, but this location needs some work.
