  I was there last night, I asked specifically for a table and the girl gave me a booth, I said I need a low table, she said we aren't serving that section after 9pm. I tried sitting in the high bar stools but they were very uncomfortable. I waited over 10 minutes with not 1 staff member approached me. I ended up walking out. As the other reviewer stated, the employees don't seem to care at all. Place seemed disorganized and dirty. I reside in Lakeland, but I will patronize Brandon next time as that location has always been a better experience.

  One of the worst locations, I almost patronized twice. I was here a few years ago after the planned global event and the experience was awful. Staff was rude, had to wait at least 15 minutes to get a beverage I ordered. Food took almost an hour, I swore I would never go back to this location. Tonight I had a craving for wings and thought I'd give them a try since it's been at least 3 years and hopefully things improved We went in around 9pm asked for a table, nobody to wait on tables only booths and bar seating. Ok so we sat near the bar, not one person came over in over 15 minutes to see if we were being served, much less inquire if we would like to order. The African American girl at the front was apparently more concerned about FaceTime than serving CUSTOMERS ! After nearly 20 minutes of no service, my husband and I walked out, that same girl didn't even acknowledge us walking out to say, is there a problem I can help you with. I'm not singling out just her, nobody approached us and the place was only about 40% busy. We were going to ask for a manager but from our view of the restaurant, the staff looked uninterested in anything but socializing with themselves or on social media. Fortunately my husband had the sense of wearing a GoPro to document the event to see if things improved since 2021. We will be sharing our immersive experience with corporate. We will not be returning to this location ever again. We will drive to Orlando or Brandon where we have always had good experiences with Buffalo Wild Wings.

  Usually never have a problem with Buffalo wild wings but this one in Lakeland was a different story! I waited 30 minutes on 10 boneless wings and when I got them literally walked across the road to the hotel room and they were cold. I knew that they were sitting in the back and it was taking way too long and the reason is they wanted to bring two other orders out all at one time for people waiting on takeout. So my wings were cold the drink was wrong barely any french fries! A big miss for Buffalo wild wings!!

  Was going to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner with my family, but the waitress was not even coming to our table to take our order. This restaurant wasn't even busy at the time we arrived there. So, we got up and left because of the service was that bad then they don't want to make money. Been to all different kinds of Buffalo Wild Wings and never had service like that. Will never go back to that location again.

  The food is always great here and the service is AWESOME! Our server was upbeat an so positive she was singing and made the whole experience even better. I wish I had remembered her name....Jerica I think but im sure the right people will see this. Definitely recommend this location!
