We wanted to get one of their items on the menu, but we weren’t able to and they were trying to explain to us what we can and cannot do. However, we didn’t understand what the employees were saying and we simply wanted some clarification. Since we didn’t want to argue with them, we just decided that we were going to order something else. But we didn’t even get the chance to order something else, because one of the girls working interrupted us. Her coworker in the glasses got frustrated, gave us attitude, said that “we keep asking the same question” and also asked “what do you want” when we came to the window, and also walked away from the window when she got mad. This was very immature, super childish and we definitely won’t be coming back after this. We were being respectful the whole time and we didn’t like how the worker in the glasses was treating us for just simply wanting clarification since she can’t explain good.

Very rude girl in the glasses, gave us attitude for simply asking for clarification on a menu item, said “what do you want” when we drove up. She was so angry she walked away from the window and her coworker had to take over. Very childish. If you can’t do a job without having a fit then maybe you’re too immature. The customer service was beyond pathetic and we never plan on returning. No wonder why the rating for this place is so low.

Their donut shipment arrives 12:30am-ish so if you go late night, they may be out of donut products until the truck arrives. Which is great to know, for the best of quality. The later in the next day it gets - the less fresh they will be coming off a refrigerated truck, to be placed in a warming zone or fridge.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
