  Look, I want to rate this establishment higher because I do find the food decent but the service is rough. We have issues with orders in the past and had to go back to have it corrected. I stopped by on the way home from running errands. They were a bit on the slower side with very few customers present. They were kind bringing it out but as I was on the freeway, I noticed the 3 piece chicken tenders only had two and we were missing a full chicken tender entree and side of fries. They also didn’t give Arby’s sauce as I had requested. One time of this happening is forgivable, things happen. Two times though? We spent $43 on the whole meal and only really got $28 of it. It frustrating because I love Arby’s but I don’t see how I can continue to pay $50 for a meal and only get half of it every single time. Just give us what we ordered, that’s all we want.

  Super clean and friendly! The cashier Bob greeted us with a smile and took our order with great enthusiasm. Remember to give them a smile back! The atmosphere is welcoming and cutely decorated for the holiday. Food is yummy and fresh. 10/10 would recommend!

  Husband went in to order food to bring home (we live less than 2 miles away) Got it home, and my beef and cheddar was barely warm, a very thin coat of the sauce was on it, and almost no cheese They used to be hot, cheese dripping over the sides, and sauce used to be double what was there. Very disappointing. Husband got french dip sub, which was barely warm, too.

  Or first visit to this location and it did not disappoint. Food was fresh and good. The service was good, cashier was very polite and helpful. Restaurant was clean and well stocked.
