  First Time here! Definitely coming back soon! Will be on the top of our favorites list! Food was perfect. Atmosphere was great! Restaurant was clean! They think of so many things to help make your lunch unforgettable. Nicole stopped by our table to check on us and even took our plate for us. Such a sweet girl and kind soul. Truly made the day!

  As someone from Kansas City, I don’t hand out BBQ compliments lightly — my standards are high. That said, 4 Rivers BBQ absolutely impressed me. The customer service was top-tier from start to finish! They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Bree took exceptional care of us. She initiated solid, meaningful conversation and didn’t just “check in” out of obligation… she genuinely asked about our experience and made us feel valued as customers. That kind of hospitality stands out. And the sides? Incredible. Every single one was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with intention. It’s rare to find a place where the sides shine just as much as the meat, but they nailed it. Hands down recommend. Whether you’re a BBQ connoisseur or just craving a solid meal, 4 Rivers delivers. 👏🔥

  The food was good, but nothing was hot. As for ribs, I would go with Mission BBQ first, followed by Sonny's. I was surprised by how tough these were. The pulled pork was good, but served at room temp. The sides of corn, green beans, and bread pudding were tasty, but served cold basically. Anyway, to each his own, I just like hot food.

  Ordered ribs burnt ends bbq chicken quarters baked beans coleslaw French fries, Ribs were tender fall off bone and delicious. Burnt ends were ok but not what I was expecting. Some pieces were hard and tough and others were shredded like pulled pork. I got 3 leg quarter bq chicken and It was not cooked all way through I had to put it in microwave due to it was not cooked fully. Baked beans and coleslaw was average at best. Expected more tang with the slaw and more Smokey flavor with the baked beans. French fries were put in a paper bag closed and then put in a plastic bag. They were all soft and mushy by time I got home like they were being steamed by the way they were packaged. For the price I paid was not happy with the quality of the food. Only thing that was good was the St. Louis baby back ribs.

  I'm leaving a good review because I feel like the restaurant absolutely deserves it. It seems to be very unbusy for how good the food is. I go there maybe twice a month and there is never anyone in the drive threw or inside. The food is always fresh and very good. They have great things on their menu that you wouldn't get anywhere else and they have a great selection of sweet treats that is different from any other fast food type restaurant. This restaurant has different food than the average quick food type restaurant and they're responsibly priced. I also really like the kids menu. Instead of chicken fingers and cheeseburgers, they have good options for kids. The staff is very friendly and the inside is very clean and organized.
