- JJJazzlynNov 14, 20254.0I went to 4r smokehouse for the first time with my aunt, and I loved it. The food was enjoyable and greatly fills you up even eating it with someone. We got 2 meat combo, and the ribs for I picked for it was delicious. The staff there was welcoming, I was giving my order to the worker, Billy and she was patient and answer all the questions me and my aunt had. While the cashier, Sebastian was also friendly and attentive when giving our food. The other staff, Bree check up on us and our food, making the time there more pleasant and laid back. She definitely an amazing person for customer service!! We ended up staying there for 2 hours because of how welcoming the environment was. Before leaving we met the manger, ish who took time to hear our compliments. Overall, the food was delicious and came out very fast. And while being in there the staff were wonderful. Definitely a place to bring friends and family. I would recommend the St. Louis style ribs! Thank you for awesome food, definitely would be coming back.

The food was great and the service was even better! Bree was very helpful by checking in on us and noticing we finished our food and quickly took our trays away! Good job 4Rivers!
- IBIsabelle BakerOct 19, 20255.0The reason I'm writing this review is because of the gentleman who was at the drive thru, Stephan, who was amazing. As an aside, the food was okay, but this is a perfect example of why the way staff interacts and treats customers is sooo important. My brisket had some weird vein-like stuff on the edges which was entirely unappealing and I trimmed it off and the coleslaw wasn't cold and with mayo that's worrisome so I won't eat it and my grits were dry. BUT still, if someone asked me how my trip was to for 4Rivers I would say it was great! And that's because of Stephan! He's engaging. He looks at you when he's talking to you instead of over his shoulder back into to the restaurant like so many staff in drive-throughs do. He answered me. He smiled. He made eye contact. He told me what he was handing me. Everything was bagged nicely when he handed it to me. He held my cup correctly when he handed it to me. He just has 100% personality 🤩 and is professional and he's proud of his job and it's very evident! This is a young man who could serve in a high class restaurant - if he wants and they are lucky. It's rare to find anyone who takes pride in their job anymore. He makes a difference and I hope the owners reward him.
