  People there are just rude and nasty behavior, so i purchase some food at Wendy's in ft lauderdale near the highway. Get on the highway head west palm beach. Half way in both drink didn't have sugar or syrup wasn't in yet .I get to Wendy's in lake worth explaining same situation to pls give us another drink . She said no go back to Wendy's at ft. Lauderdale 25 miles away she said she will get in trouble to swap the drink as a customer that's nasty manager profile thick light skin if she claim she is .

  I've been going to this wendys for years. I am usually satified, but today the manager on duty was rude and disrespectful. When I left the store I felt condescended and disrespected by the manager.

  Be careful in this Wendy the menu has one price and when you get to window is another. I tried a medium Frosty Classic Menu 2.99 window 3.19 just 20 cents but is the principle if they try to cheat you 20 cents what many other things they will do to cheat you on the food. Think about it

  Had to be in the area from Jacksonville and was starving around 8:15 on March 29th. Absolute fire!!!! Food was piping hot and the drinks were ice cold. Dude at the window was a little less than happy but bless his heart because you couldn't get me to do that job.🫂 I can't even imagine what you have to deal with. But this is exactly how it should be done. I won't visit a Wendy's up here. Got enough attitude of my own. But whoever the team was that night...GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!!
